What we collect
When you request a free audit we collect your name, business name, trade, suburb, phone number, email address and, if you give it, your website or listing link. Our hosting provider also records basic technical data such as IP address and browser type.
Why we collect it
We use your details to prepare your audit, contact you about it and, if you become a client, to deliver our services. We do not sell your information.
Who we share it with
We use trusted service providers to run this website and send email (currently Vercel and Resend). They may store data outside Australia. We only share what is needed for them to provide their service.
Access and correction
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing hello@centile.com.au.
Complaints
If you have a privacy concern, email us first and we will respond within 30 days. You can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
